- University Degree from any discipline preferably human resource management, industrial psychology or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as Training & Development Officer.
- Experienced to conduct training needs analysis up to evaluation of it effectiveness.
- Hands on experience in setting modules and facilitating training
- Knowing job evaluation, and competency management.
- Computer Literate is a must (MS Office)
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
- A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
