• Have skill to access database from Web Application
• Would be preferable if:
• Have skill to translate UML model to source code
• Strong skill in JavaScript, Jquery, & AJAX
• Have experience in source control management software
• Have experience using programming framework (CodeIgniter/Drupal/Joomla/Spring/Struts/etc)
• Have basic/middle level graphical design skill

4. Middle-Pro C# .NET Developer

• Requirement:
• Strong skill in OOP with C# .NET Development using Visual Studio 2008, including ASP .NET & Web Forms, and Windows Forms.
• Have experience to handle Web UI style behaviour using CSS and JavaScript
• Strong skill in ADO .NET
• Able to create report using Report Viewer & Reporting Services
• Would be preferable if:
• Have experience in .NET Webservices and Windows Services
• Strong skill in JavaScript, AJAX, and Jquery
• Have experience in many databases platform using ADO .NET and LINQ
• Have experience in source control management software
• Have exposure in WCF & WPF
• Have exposure in .NET MVC

5. System Analyst/Architect

• Requirement:
• Have experience in Object Oriented Programming for 2 years
• Strong skill in design and optimizing database
• Strong skill in application design using UML
• Strong skill in producing application documentation
• Strong communication skill with client and technical team
• Would be preferable if:
• Have experience using CASE tools (Powerdesigner/Rational Rose/etc)
• Have experience in managing project using project management approach and tools
