1. PURCHASING SECTION HEAD (PURCH-SH)
Requirements:
- Female or Male, max 40 years old
- University degree in engineering, economic, business
- Min. 5 years experiences in purchasing fields
- Computer Literate is a must (MS Office)
- Having good knowledge in purchasing system management, able to evaluate monitors suppliers performance and responsible with all purchasing procedure.
- Request quotations, price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing is achieved (the Buyer is responsible for all purchasing activities)
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules
- Deal with Purchase Order rescheduling according to changes in demand
- Provide feedback to suppliers with regard to quality and production complaints (supplier evaluation and supplier development) and monitor performance of suppliers
- Ensure corrective actions are put in place in the event of supplier issues to improve on quality standards and resolve any claims if necessary
- Carry out a regular weekly check of stocks, avoiding overstock
- Implement cost reduction whenever possible without effecting the quality of end product
- Honest personality, good sourcing for supplier, good negotiation skill, communicative and knowledge in import declaration.

Requirements:
* Familiar and able to set up and control corrosion prevention program including inspection strategy
* Proficiency in selection and design of mechanical equipment (rotating & static), piping (hydraulic & strength) and safeguard/protection system for new or modified plant facilities
* Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA, RAM & FMEA
* Possess Rotating Equipment expertise, Mechanical Engineering expertise
* Engineering Degree (S1) Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with GPA greater than 3.00 of scale 4.0
* Minimum 6 years of experience in Engineering and/or Operating Company (Petrochemical or Petroleum Plants), assigned as Rotating/Mechanical Engineer in Engineering and/or Maintenance Department structures
* Preferably holding certification of Rotating Equipment Condition Monitoring and HAZOP Study
* Strong in analysing data of plant condition monitoring and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance and review on PM strategy
* HSE knowledge : Fire and gas, hazardous area classification, environmental aspects-impact, and safety reviews
* Understands general hydrocarbon processing and petrochemical process
* Understands and familiar with Engineering Code and Standards :
o API on application of : rotating equipment (design, operating and maintenance), valve, piping and static equipment inspection codes
o ASME on application of : boiler, pressure vessel, piping and pipelines
