Persyaratan :

1. TSO (Telesales Officer)

* Male & female 22-35 years old
* Minimum SMA/SMK with telemarketing experience
* Preferably with experience in Call Center for outbound calls/ Telemarketing AAJI certification is a plus
* Familiar with basic computer application ( MS Word, Excel )
* Good personality and communication skill
* Target oriented, with positive attitude, and willing to learn
* Self motivated, flexible, dynamic and able to work with teams
* Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

2. CSR (Customer service Representative)
* Male max.30 years old, female max. 28 years old
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline
* Excellent oral and written communication skills oAble to speak & understand conversational English
* Computer Literate
* Had Telecommunications background or Have had experience as Contact Center Agent is an advantage
* Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules (24/7 Operations)
* Good personality and communication skill
* Fresh Graduate are welcome

3. Baby Product CSR (Customer service Representative)

* With minimum education on Diploma (D3) in Public Health, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Psychology and from other education background with related medical or health courses

* With work experience as Contact Center Agent

Senior EDP Officer

Requirements:
- 28 â?" 30 years old

- Bachelor Degree any majors
- At least 2 years experience in similar field, as Senior Officer
- Good command in English will be an advantage
- Excellent problem solving skill, good interpersonal and leadership skill
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for BIK (Biro Investigasi Kredit) Report & Debtor Information System
Inquiry
- Control and maintain Tele-follow, Messenger operation and delivery system
- Maintain & monitor Payment Advice & Express Card delivery
- Maintain and control Settlement process and liaise with Accounting
- Maintain merchantâ??s documentations, such as agreement,
- Prepare payment summary report to submit to Accounting
- Process the unrecognized payment identified by CMD
- Conduct Payment Adjustment (based on request).
- Gather all data in EDP department for monthly report
