6. Menguasai bidang ilmu dalam ranah Ilmu Sosial Ekonomi (diutamakan yang mampu mengajar lebih dari satu mata kuliah)
7. Bersedia mengajar dengan jam perkuliahan pada pukul 18.30 - 20.30
8. Memiliki keahlian interpersonal yang baik
9. Memiliki kepangkatan akademik maupun sertifikasi yang lain (tidak diutamakan)
