1. Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
�       Manage the productivity of independent field service technicians by ensuring proper training in the skills and knowledge to perform field diagnostics
�       Interact with field personnel in the repair of Esco Products
�       Investigate and report field product performance issues
�       Increase product reliability through the creation of corrective action plans involving cross-functional teams from Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Product Management and the field organization
�       Develop and distribute product information and service bulletins to the field
�       Ensure that the organization follows all the guidelines and policies regarding service and installation guidelines
�       Assign internal service personnel to perform field response on critical installations and modify department priorities when changes are necessary
Requirements:
�       Bachelor in Engineering or related fields
�       At least 5 years experience with 2+ years supervisory experience
�       Previous experience managing field service personnel in a manufacturing environment of installed products
�       Demonstrated organization and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of management and service providers
�       Demonstrated customer-oriented attitude and successful customer service track record
�       Able to Work Cross Functionally and Across Disciplines
�       Ability to process information and analyze to make appropriate recommendations
�       Excellent spoken and written English
�       Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

Civil Engineering (code - CE):
1. Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering from reputable University with
Minimum GPA 3.0
2. Could design building structure from steel as well as concrete. 3. Good
understanding with supporting component of steel structure, like: gusset,
Bracing, stiffner etc.
4. Good understanding in building foundation production method.
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
6. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.

Product Engineer, qualification :
Good experience in telecommunication industry, in at least one of the following technology GSM/WCDMA network planning, RAN/BSS, GSM product type approval and RF , and antenna design & testing 5 years.
Good Knowledge in programming with C/C++ and Embedded software (microcontroller programming).
Good experience with Telecommunication test methodology (generate test plan and test procedure, test execution and generate test report).
Good experience in enhanced voice product development/engineering is desired
Excellent Communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English
Graduate S1 in Technology of Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Able to work independently and be willing to travel aboard and Indonesian area
