Test Room Engineer
Responsibilities:
â?¢ Organize certification project
â?¢ Troubleshoot design problems to pass certification
â?¢ Train distributors
â?¢ Write technical articles based on research performed
â?¢ Support test process on the production floor by analyzing tester performance and monitoring visual defects
â?¢ Create and maintain test instructions, manufacturing instructions, and maintenance of test related options
â?¢ Establish tester maintenance procedures and schedules
â?¢ Research new equipment and processes for test
Requirements:
â?¢ Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with experience in computational fluid dynamics study and product performance testing
â?¢ Possess testing to find saturation point of activated carbon when subjected to different organic/ inorganic chemical compounds
â?¢ Carry out materials selection, testing and evaluation of different chemicals/ materials
â?¢ Implement performance optimization, cost analysis, proto-typing and pre-production
â?¢ Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with international specifications
â?¢ Good command in written and spoken English
â?¢ Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
